Safety rules for working with a vacuum pump

A vacuum pump is a very effective tool for penis enlargement. However, with thoughtless use, you will only have lesions and darkening of the penis. Please read this article carefully before using the device.

Under no circumstances violate the following rules:

  1. If you feel pain, immediately stop the pumping session. Find out what is causing the pain. If the cause was an injury, wait for complete healing before the next session.   2. Never rush. Don't take the pumping session to pain! Increase the pressure (more precisely, lower it, as a vacuum is created in the bottle) gently, week after week. The secret to growth is not in crazy loads, but in constant and competent training.
  3. Do not, under any circumstances, exceed 40 minutes of pumping session per set! One hour is the time limit on a light load. By this time, you need to approach slowly.   4. Don't pump too often. The pumping session is a very pleasant thing: the limb in the pump grows to an impressive size, which is nice to see. However, you don't need to pump 3 times a day. Consider two training programs:

  1. The first program aims to lengthen the albuginea of the penis.

Training program:

  6. Light Jelq - 50 reps. Before you start pumping, you must prepare the penis for pumping. Jelq is perfect for this purpose. Jelq dry or wet, whichever suits you best.
  7. Packaging. Now let's describe in detail how the pumping session is performed.

Bring the penis to 80-90% erection, lubricate with cream or liquid Vaseline, then insert into the bottle and press it firmly against the pubis. Try not to put the Vaseline on the scrotum, otherwise it will also get sucked into the bottle. If this happens, do not tolerate it: remove the vial, dry the scrotum with a napkin and reinsert the penis into the vial. If friction prevents stretching, lubricate the inside of the bottle itself with slippery cream oil. The slip must be 100%.

In high quality pumps, there is a pressure gauge, which indicates the pressure in the pump. I can't give you the ideal pressure indicators, because to one 4 units will feel like a tangible load, while the other will feel nothing. You need to monitor the pressure for another reason: you need to know what brand you started at so you can build up the load smoothly and not go too far.

The limb in the jar will extend to its full length. Follow your feelings. Stop the series if pain occurs.

Rest between sets 3-5 minutes. At this time, light stretching can be done. Before the next set, bring the penis back to 80-90% erection.

  • First set.Pass the first set with a light load: don't try to pump all the air to stretch the penis to the maximum in the first approach. If at first you start gesturing, this will stop the growth. Everything has its time. Give light exercises for 10 min.

And now a little more about how to increase the load. The whole week does not exceed the specified load. The first set is easy, 10 minutes, the second set is a slightly increased load, and also 10-15 minutes, the third set at the same pressure is 20 minutes. In a week, a little, just a little, increase the load for the first set, so the second set will be with an even greater load, the third at the same pressure, but already with 20 minutes. The scheme is simple.

Then, week after week, gradually increase the load. This will help you get the best results. After a few weeks, when you gain experience, increase the length of sets to 15 minutes for the first set, 20 minutes for the second, and 25 minutes for the third.

With enough experience, you can update and change your training program, based on the examples I have given.

Continue the tunic lengthening course until the difference between BPFSL and LPEL increases to 2 cm or more, then proceed to the vascular cycle. However, if you've read all the previous articles and done it correctly, you already know this.

Vascular program using a pump

Exercise list:

  1. Testicular massage - 5 min.

  3. Medium force direct traction - 5 min.
  4. Jelq - 100 reps.
  5. Erect curls - 10 min.

If there's a lot of lymph, you can split the set into two steps, with a 30-second break between steps.

To avoid a large amount of lymph, pumping a condom will allow. Yes, don't be surprised. In a condom, the skin is tightly squeezed, which prevents lymph from accumulating under it. This does not affect the overall effectiveness of the training.

Moment 3 - Healing creams

At the end of the training, you should use a healing cream. This will help to quickly heal the red dots and prevent the penis from darkening.

Moment 4 - Blood during pumping

With classic pumping, it is advisable to drink aspirin before training (About. ed.consult your doctor first). It increases blood flow and prevents blood clots.

During exercise with increased loads, a few small drops of blood may come out of the urethra. This is due to damage to the vessels of the urethra. In that case, immediately end the session and give yourself a two-week break. During rest, drink the drug "Ascorutin" to strengthen blood vessels or a proven analogue. After two weeks of rest, resume training, but start small: after two weeks of light training, return to full training.

Moment 5 - Sex after training

I believe that after a workout, having sex or masturbating is not worth it. Give yourself and your member a break. Have sex next time.

Moment 6 - Darkening of the skin

With classic pumping active, the skin of the penis may darken a little.
